About This Quiz

For years, Subaru has made performance sedans that don't only put out incredible performance figures but handle just as well, so they can go fast and around corners, a sometimes unappreciated fact!

Although their latest models are loved by millions, the company has a rich history, dating back decades. The Subaru brand formed part of Fuji Heavy Industries which eventually morphed into the Subaru Corporation.

The company was building its first cars as far back as the late 1950s. These were typical Japanese offerings in the Kei (City) car class and easily identified by their small bodies and even smaller engines. But they were perfect for the Japanese market.

Subaru really came to the fore in the early 1990s with the release of the Impreza. This was an impressive performance car that was loved all over the world and even went on to dominate the world rally scene. Even more models began to flood western markets, including hatchbacks, station wagons, and even SUVs.

Today, Subaru remains a strong brand, not only in Japan but throughout the world.

So in this quiz, we are going to test your knowledge of Subaru models past and present. Will you be able to identify them from a single image?
