"Gilmore Girls" is an American drama television series starring Lauren Graham and Alexis Bledel as the two feature ladies and mother-daughter duo, Lorelai and Rory Gilmore. The series first aired on The WB in October of 2000 and soon became the most watched series on the network. On the show's last season, it moved over to The CW with the final episode being aired in 2007. Almost a decade later, the show was made into a mini-series which caught up with the ladies and the other characters that people fell in love with.

The show was centered around the relationship of a single mother named Lorelai, and her intelligent teen daughter Rory who live in the small fictional town of Stars Hollow, Connecticut. Like many other series, it focused on many issues including (but not limited to) friendship, romance, social classes, education and matters that families go through. It was also filled with pop culture references and witty dialogue which only made the show that much more enjoyable.
