About This Quiz

Remember the name of that cherry-red animated stock car from Disney's "Cars," or the smooth ride driven by 007 in the 1964 film "Goldfinger?" Could you recognize Fred Flinstone's ride, or the classic car that Cameron "borrowed" from his father in "Ferris Bueller's Day Off?" Know what the evil car in John Carpenter's 1983 horror flick "Christine" looked like? If so, you might have what it takes to ace this quiz on the most iconic TV and movie cars!

It's no secret that Americans love our cars; the average person will buy four or five new cars in a lifetime, and by the time you add up payments, gas and maintenance, a typical person spends $9,000 a year on transportation -- that's by far the biggest expense for most people outside putting a roof over their head.

Of course, people aren't only obsessed with their own cars. You only have to tune into a televised NASCAR race or visit a classic car show to see that Americans love anything on four wheels.

It's no surprise, then, that cars play such a big role in so many movies and TV shows. In fact, some iconic cars stand out even more than the actual actors or characters!

Think you can identify every car that's ever crossed a TV or movie screen? Take this quiz to find out!
