About This Quiz
It used to be easy to tell the difference between a domestic car versus a foreign car, mostly because American-made vehicles were the ones seen predominantly on our roads. Â All-American car manufacturers, like Ford and Chevrolet, made enough vehicles to satisfy our need for everything from great lines, fast speeds, family-friendly cars and everything in-between.
Foreign-made cars were for rich people or those with eccentric tastes.  Or so we thought!
As foreign manufacturers, such as Honda and Toyota, started entering the U.S. market, more and more Americans began buying their vehicles, which were often more reliable and just as affordable as those made in the U.S.A. Â In fact, foreign vehicles have become so predominant on our roads, that we may not even remember that they were made outside of Detroit!
Add to that the fact that some foreign manufacturers have plants in the U.S., such as Honda in Marysville, Ohio, and the line between foreign and domestic cars is blurred even more.
So, how well do you know foreign versus domestic cars? There's really only one way to find out. Take this quiz now!
