You don't have to have been young in the '80s to be totally '80s, but it sure doesn't hurt. The '80s were a decade that was totally cool and incredibly ridiculous all at once. During the '80s everyone thought they had it going on, but when you look back on that decade, you think maybe not so much. I mean people didn't even have the Internet and used landlines!
