About This Quiz
The Good Book is so good, it's actually 66 separate books, divided into two Testaments (the old and the new). Whether you believe that the Bible is the unadulterated word of God, the cumulative wisdom of a variety of traditions, or some combination of the two, you can agree firstly that there's a lot to learn from it, and secondly that it's a cracking good yarn (well, maybe except those long family trees).
The Bible may be a holy book, but that doesn't mean everyone in its pages is holy. There are saints and sinners, heroes and villains, warriors and priests, kings, and peasants. Some people eagerly respond to the call of God when it comes, while others run and hide. There are also plenty of enemies who follow other pagan deities like Baal and Moloch. Sometimes angels step in to help out or enact God's wrath, other times God does it himself. Whatever your preference regarding storytelling and character, the Bible has it.
Despite being 5,000 years in the making and having been written in several languages and translated into many more, the Bible remains one of the most important books ever written. How well do you know it? Take this quiz and find out!
