About This Quiz

As long as there have been guns, they've been used in the military. Whether you are a fan of guns, or whether you think they're totally awful, you have to admit that an army without weapons isn't much of an army at all. Every soldier needs to know his way around a gun, and how to be safe with it. If he or she doesn't have that ability, they will never move far up the ranks of the military. And you know what happens when you go high up in the military, don't you? That's right; you get an awesome nickname. And when we mean awesome, we do mean awesome, this is the military, after all, they aren't going to nickname you "Curly" or "Snacks;" no, you're going to get a nickname that really means something.

Some of the best military nicknames of the past have included "Old Blood and Guts," "Black Swallow of Death," and "Butcher of the Somme." If you answer some questions about your knowledge of firearms, we're pretty sure we can tell you what your military nickname will be. We suggest that you don't go into work tomorrow and request everyone to call you that, though. Take this quiz, and we'll tell you your military nickname.
