About This Quiz
The seven chakras are the root chakra, the sacral chakra, the solar plexus chakra, the heart chakra, the throat chakra, the 3rd eye chakra, and the crown chakra. These chakras also have associated colors, which represent different things depending on the chakra. For example, the root chakra color is red, and that means that you have a need for logic, order and physical strength. It could also mean that when your chakra is active, those parts of you are going strong.
The word "chakra" comes from the Sanskrit word meaning "wheel." The reason for that is because when your body, mind and spirit are functioning properly, the life force moves inside of you like a spinning wheel. When these chakras are active, you feel good, happy and full of life, but when they are down, you can feel self-conscious, sad and off. That spinning wheel has seven centers, hence the seven chakras, and they move from the top of your head to the base of your spine.
If you've ever noticed that sometimes parts of you that you once loved seem to be "down for maintenance," it could be that one or more of your chakras are off. Want us to guess which chakra matches your personality? Take this quiz now!
