About This Quiz

Before you start rapping or letting out a high, piercing, operatic note when thinking about the songs from "Hamilton," you need to learn which character you have the most in common with.

The Tony Award winning show (11 awards, to be exact) that was written (and starred-in) by Lin-Manuel Miranda and is brimming with powerful and fascinating characters.

Do your friends think of you as a devoted pillar of emotional strength? Then you may be like Eliza Schuyler. Are you always the patient one, waiting for the perfect opportunity to present itself? Then you might be like good old Aaron Burr. Perhaps you're a born leader! Then you might be like the number one Founding Father, George Washington. If you think of yourself as master negotiator, you might be the modern day equivalent of Thomas Jefferson. If you're job in life is to provide comic relief, then you're without a doubt King George III. Finally, if you came from nothing and became something, you could be our leading man, Alexander Hamilton.
