Big cats are masters of their environments, evolved to perfectly take advantage of terrain, climate and flora. Big cats, in their natural regions, are evolved to blend into tall grass, jungle, desert geology and forests, respectively. They are apex predators in every sense of the expression.

Of course, not all big cats are the same. Given that each big cat thrives in its own corner of the world, no two hunt all the same prey species. No two big cats hunt in exactly the same geography, or surrounded by the same topography, plant life or rivals. With the exception of the hybrid species encouraged by man, big cats are nature's children, born and bred for their homes, not some human fantasy of their lives of hunting.
